* High Season (1 Nov 13 - 23 Dec 13; 5 Jan 14 - 31 Mar 14) : cancellation at least 7 days prior or penalty 1 night charge.
* Low Season (Now – 31 Oct 13; 1 - 12 Apr 14; 16 Apr 14 - 31 Oct 14) : cancellation at least 2 days prior or penalty 1 night charge.
* Peak Season (24 Dec 13 - 1 Jan 14; 13 – 15 Apr 14) : Minimum stay 3 nights, cancellation at least 14 days prior or penalty 100% charge.

No-show will carry penalty equivalent to the maximum cancellation charge at a time.
