Each has its own private pool, semi outdoor lounge with a kitchen and dining area. The canopy bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with TV and entertainment system. The semi outdoor bathrooms offer soaking tubs, oversized steam shower stalls and an outdoor rainforest shower. 1. Maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing the same room with adults and using the existing bedding are free of charge
2. If extra bed is needed, there will be extra charge USD 30/night
3. Breakfast for children up to 5 years old is free of charge and between 5 to 12 years old is subject to 50% discount

Cancellation is only valid when made in written form directly to Bhavana Private Villas.

1.Within 14 days - 1 (one) night accommodation charge
2. On arrival day - entire stay accommodation charge
3. In case of No Show, entire stay accommodation charge from number of rooms confirmed will be charged
