The hotel must be notified of cancellation and reductions as early as possible, but in any case not later than the notice period specified hereunder:

Shoulder/High: 14 days prior to arrival.
Peak: 30 days prior to arrival.
Notes:
In case of failing to notify the hotel within the above mentioned period, the entire duration night of stay will be charged.
In case of early departure, the hotel will charge the entire reserved stay.
Non-refundable in case of late check-in, early check-out and no-show.
