- No penalty, if cancellation is received by 21 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to arrival day

* Low Season: 1 Apr 14 - 11 Apr 14 and 17 Apr 14 - 31 Oct 14
- No penalty, if cancellation is received by 7 days prior to arrival day.
- 1 Night cancellation fee will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival day
