Cancellation & No Show Policies

If cancellation is made less than 72 hours (Low season) prior to arrival, one night-stay per room will be charged.
In case of No Shows or failure to cancel (Low season) the hotel will charge one night-stay of the total cost of stay per room.
Shorten Stays or Early Check-Outs will incur charge of full amount of the total cost of stay per room.
In case of cancellation made more than 72 hours prior to arrival, the bank charges 5% will be levied on the refund amount.

Cancellation during Peak Season (December 20, 2014 - January 10, 2015)
- Cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival is free of charge
- Cancellation made 21 days prior to arrival incurs 1 night charge
- Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival incurs 100% charge

**For the other period : Cancellation 3 days prior of arrival : 1 night charge.**
All Room Only Rate is non refund.

NOTE:
Compulsory New Year Eve’s Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2014 at THB 4,500 per Adult and 50% for Child (5 - 12 years old).
