Terms & Conditions

The Client has the right to cancel its reservation (for an individual tourist) without any penal sanctions till 14:00 of day before the Client’s arrival. In case the notice on the reservation cancellation was made later, or the client did not arrive at the HOTEL, the HOTEL has right take payment of 100 (one hundred) percent price for the ordered room per 1 (one) day. This provision does not depend on the form of payment envisaged when making reservation.
In case of the Client’s non-payment or refusal to pay for “non-arrival” or late reservation cancellation, the HOTEL reserves the right to reject further acceptance and confirmation of the Client’s reservation orders until the said non-arrival or late reservation cancellation are paid for to the HOTEL.
The Client has the right to reduce the size or cancel reservation for a tourist group not later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to the date of arrival without applying penalty sanctions.
If the Client reduces the size of the client group or cancels reservation for it:
• 13 - 8 calendar days prior to the arrival date –a penalty amounting to 25% of the total cost of the room reservations per one accounting day made but cancelled afterwards shall be paid to the HOTEL;
• 7-4 calendar days prior to the arrival date –a penalty amounting to 50% of the total cost of the room reservations per one accounting day made but cancelled afterwards shall be paid to the HOTEL;
• 3-2 calendar days prior to the arrival date –a penalty amounting to 75% of the total cost of the room reservations per one accounting day made but cancelled afterwards shall be paid to the HOTEL;
• 1 calendar day prior to the arrival date –a penalty amounting to 100% of the total cost of the room reservations per one accounting day made but cancelled afterwards shall be paid to the HOTEL.
The Client has the right to change the arrival or departure date for the tourist group not later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to the respective group arrival day. In case of breach of this condition, the HOTEL does not guarantee rendering hotel services according to new dates of the client group arrival and departure.
The penalty sanctions are paid by the Client to the HOTEL’s current account no later than within 8 (eight) banking days of the respective deadline violation.
