Low Season (1 Nov -19 Dec/ 11 May-14 Jul/ 16 Sep- 31Oct): at least 2 night notice required or penalty 1 night.
High Season (11 Jan-30 Apr/ 15 Jul - 15 Sep): at least 7 night notice required or penalty 50% of the total booking value or min 1 night (whichever the greater).
Peak Season (20 Dec- 10 Jan): at least 14 night notice required or penalty 100% of the total booking value, or min. 5 nights (whichever the greater).
No show will carry penalty equivalent to the maximum cancellation charge at a time.
