Cancellation policy:
-The guaranteed booking with no promotion apply must be cancelled at least 2 day prior to arrival date; otherwise, one night accommodation will be charged as a penalty fee.
-Cancellation notification time will be based on the local Myanmar time. If cancellation of booking originated outside Myanmar, a penalty charge, if applicable, will be based on Myanmar time and not where the booking is cancelled.
-Currently a Myanmar visa is required before entering the country as a tourist. In some cases a visa on arrival is granted for those travelling on business. Visa conditions are subject to change, please check with Myanmar Embassy for more information.
