Cancellation Policy for Low Season (1/9/2011 - 27/10/2011, 30/10/2011 - 23/12/2011): If cancelled up to 8 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled 7 days or less before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

Cancellation Policy for High Season (28/10/2011 - 29/10/2011, 24/12/2011 - 7/1/2012): If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days or less before the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
