Extra adult with or without extra bed and with or without ABF is charged at THB 2000 per person per night (including breakfast).
Maximum 2 extra persons for President Pool Villa 4 Bedrooms.
Maximum 1 extra person for Honeymoom Private Pool Villa and Luxury Private Pool Villa 2 & 3 Bedrooms.

Infant below 3 years of age stays free of charge.
Child aged from 3-12 years is charged for extra bed at 1200 THB per person per night (including breakfast).

25 Dec 2012 - 05 Jan 2013 minimum 3 nights stay is required.

Cancellation Policy :
- Summer Season (16 Apr - 31 Oct): If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charge.
Deposit: 10% percent of the total amount will be charge on the day of booking is non-refundable and remaining balance 90% settle upon arrival.

- High Season (1 Nov – 24 Dec, 06 Jan-15 Apr): If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charge.
Deposit: 10% percent of the total amount will be charge on the day of booking is non-refundable and remaining balance 90% settle upon arrival.

- Peak Season (25 Dec – 05 Jan): If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charge.
Deposit: 50% percent of the total amount will be charge on the day of booking is non-refundable and remaining balance 50% settle upon arrival.
