The residence is next to the lake front piazza in the charming town of Meina with its shops and characteristic venues. Arona is 3 kms away and is the ideal place to start your excursions around Lake Maggiore and its surrounding areas, Lake Como, Lake Lugano and nearby Milan.
Not far from Malpensa airport, and within 2 hours by car of the Ligurian Riviera (Genoa, Cinqueterre).
There are large commercial centres, outlets, golf courses, horse riding and sports centres all within easy reach.

Tax Policy

Tax is 1 euro per day per person for max 5 nights. Children under 10 years don't pay it.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing by e-mail. For a cancellation which is made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the guest has to pay 30% of the rent; for cancellations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the guest has to pay 50% of the rent. For cancellations made 1 day before the date of arrival, or if you fail to show up by 7.00 p.m on the date of arrival the guest is to pay 95% of the rent stipulated on the booking form.
