• American Breakfast will be charged 200 Baht per day for children under 12 years old
• Breakfast is free of charge for children under 5 years old

Minimum Stay Policy

Minimum stay for peak season (20th December – 1st January).
Period of reservation must be a minimum stay of 3 nights. Any reservation made less than the mentioned period is subject to confirmation.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
High Season (01 April 12 – 30 April 12 )( 15 July 12 -31 August 12)(16 January 13-30 April 13)
( 15 July 13-31 August 13): cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival.
Low Season (01 May 12-14 July 12 ) ( 01 May 13- 14 July 13 )( 01 September 13-31 October 13): cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival
Peak Season (20 December 12—15 January 13 ): cancellation fee equivalent to 100 % of the total value of booking will be charged for each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy, except for Coconut Family, which is based on 1-4 person occupancy.
