Child Policy

Free for maximum 2 children less than 12 years of age sharing room with parents using existing beds. Meals will be charged at 50% for children between 6-12 years old to prevailing meal rates.

Early check-in before 12:00 PM and late check- out up to 6:00 PM are subject to charge of 50%. A full night accommodation charge will apply for late check out after 6:00 PM. Day use will be considered subject to availability and charged 50% of the contacted room rates.
Cancellation / No-Show Charge
-Low Season (1st April - 30 September): any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
-High Season (1st October - 31 March): any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Payment Policy
