Hotel Policy:

In case there are no double rooms for the requested date, rooms of “Studio” category are offered at the price of double rooms.

Individual bookings: If cancelled not later than 24 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Group bookings: If cancelled not later than 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Conference Hall Cancellation Policy:

If the conference room is booked for a full day (8 hours) the complimentary coffee break will be provided by the hotel. If the event takes place for a few days, complimentary coffee break will be provided for each full 8 hours of the rent.

If 10 rooms of any category are booked, 8-hour rent of any conference hall is provided as a gift.

If the booking of the conference hall is cancelled not later than 5 days before the date of the event, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled less than 5 working days before the date of the event, 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

If it is cancelled within 1 day before the start of the event or on the same day of the event 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Meal Plan:

The room rate includes breakfast "buffet" - 800 rubles.
"Half board": lunch 300 rubles, dinner 700 rubles (+ to the room rate). "Full board": + 1000 rubles to the room rate.

VAT is not included.

Early check-in:
- 00:00 to 5:59 - payment for the whole day;
- 06:00 to 12:00 - payment for half day.

Late check-out:
- 12:00 to 24:00 - payment for half day;
- 24:00 to 12:00 - payment for the whole day.
