Child Policy

Child aged 0-3 years stays free of charge without extra bed.
Child aged 4-12 years will be charged 350 THB/person for extra bed + breakfast.

Extra bed Policy

Cost of extra bed: 500 THB (including breakfast).
Extra bed is not allowed to be placed in Standard Bungalow, Bamboo Cottage and Clay House.

The guest should be notified by written notice of any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms within 15 days during the period 01 Nov - 30 Apr and within 7 days during the period 01 May - 31 Oct before arrival. If the cancellation or reduction of the confirmed reservation is made later than the allowed period after the minimum notice date has passed, or should the client or group fail to arrive without prior cancellation the resort reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no show fee equivalent to the rate for one night for each room not taken up.
